This practice may not be suitable for those with tendencies toward mania, delusions, or psychosis. Since the process can amplify emotional experiences, it's crucial to be able to navigate your emotions between sessions. If this feels overwhelming, it might be best to hold off on participation. This is also unsuitable for women who a curently in their third trimester of pregnancy.

During a session, you'll be guided into a relaxed state, allowing your body and mind to open up to the flow of kundalini energy. As your Energy Guide, I facilitate a safe environment for this energy to move freely, helping you release emotional blockages and connect with your inner self. As the energy flows, you may notice sensations, emotional releases, or shifts in awareness, all unique to your journey.
During the session, you will lie down comfortably on a yoga mat and be guided into a meditation to draw your awareness into your body. The process will begin once the music starts. Music is an energy too and it will help to center you. I will then gently touch your chakra points and other areas of your body to help the energy flow. The more you are able to surrender the deeper the experience can become. Once the energy process is finished there will be time to discuss your experience if you feel ready to share.
The frequency of your sessions is entirely up to you and may change over time. Use your intuition to guide your decision, but keep in mind that taking time between sessions can help with reflection and processing. Finding a rhythm that feels right for you will enhance your experience and support your journey.
Definitely! Everyone carries an innate life force, which means we all have some sensitivity to energy. Coming to a session with a fresh perspective is all that's needed for you to benefit from it. This experience is about feeling and allowing. Simply relax, keep an open mind and let the process unfold in its own time.
To get the most out of your experience, it’s best to avoid alcohol and drugs for at least 24 hours before and after your session. Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water on the day of your appointment and try to avoid eating a few hours beforehand, if you do need to eat make sure you eat something light. Most importantly, come with an open heart and mind.
Many participants have found that these sessions significantly help with managing anxiety and depression. However, if you are currently taking antidepressant medications, please note that they might reduce your sensitivity to the energy transmission.
While this practice is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment, its primary focus is on spiritual development and deepening consciousness. Some participants have reported noticing improvements in physical health after several sessions, but please remember that such outcomes are not guaranteed and are not the main aim of the practice.
The effects following a session can vary widely and may include enhanced intuition, clearer decision-making and increased sensitivity to energy. Many participants report experiencing emotional releases, flashes of inspiration or insight and syncronicities. You might find yourself understanding and releasing aspects of your past, allowing for a lighter emotional state. Additionally, some people feel a deeper connection to nature and their environment, along with an increased sense of peace and gratitude. Each experience is unique, as the sessions help to remove energetic blocks and facilitate personal growth in your own way.
