I always encourage people not to have big expectations when they first come to a session. This can be a hindrance to the surrender element - we want to be in a state of allowing. Allowing everything to arise, welcoming every sensation and every emotion even if it's difficult to feel or stay with.
Some people say this is easier said than done but I think it's simple. If I said to you now "Just simply notice your heart beating, notice the rise and fall of your chest, notice the heat within your body - does it feel warm, cool or neutral?" Did you notice? Well, there you have it! You were seeing and allowing exactly what was arising.
Some people can have amazing first sessions where they experience a profound connection with the energy - whether this be a deep emotional shift, a profound sensation of the energy moving within their body or spontaneous movements where they have a realisation that 'no one is doing this.' But generally speaking, I would say most people have subtle experiences to begin with that build over time.
What might you experience at the beginning? You can experience spontaneous movements and vocalisations, this can look like ecstatic dancing or hissing like a snake! Some people have visions where they're given storylines or images that may make sense - or may not make any sense at all. Some people experience heat or coldness all over their body or in specific areas, rushes of energy or the energy moving slowly though them. Others may have emotional releases through crying, screaming or hysterical laughter. Usually, first-timers experience 1-3 of these phenomena.
As the weeks progress, these experiences deepen - visions become more elaborate, emotional releases deepen. People often notice shifts outside of the session too. The way they communicate with their partner suddenly shifts. They realise they can no longer tolerate a job they've been doing or they discover a part of themselves that they've been holding back can no longer be contained.
And as this process builds on itself, before you know it, you've changed in ways you didn't know were possible. You may have taken yourself so seriously before without even realising you were doing so and then suddenly you feel more spontaneous, lighter, more joyful and willing to go with the flow. Laughter spills out of you in a way that hadn't happened before... everything is suddenly so much funnier. You're no longer intellectualising your emotions and you feel more able to welcome them with open arms. You're living less out of your head and more out of your heart. Sessions take place at Mind Body Soul Hub, Unit A, 222 South Street, Romford, RM1 2AD. It's conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Romford Station on the Elizabeth Line.

Yes, there is free allocated parking. All parking information will be provided after purchase.
During a session, you'll be guided into a relaxed state, allowing your body and mind to open up to the flow of energy. As the energy flows, you may notice sensations, emotional releases, or shifts in awareness, all unique to your journey.
During the session, you will lie down comfortably on a yoga mat and be guided into a meditation to draw your awareness into your body. The process will begin once the music starts. Music is an energy too and it will help to centre you. I will then gently touch your chakra points and other areas of your body to help the energy flow. The more you are able to surrender the deeper the experience can become. Once the energy process is finished there will be time to discuss your experience if you feel ready to share.
Sessions run for 2 hours on Saturdays 12-2 PM, and a new Friday evening time slot.
My sessions are intentionally kept small and intimate with a maximum of 6 participants to ensure a focused and personal experience.
Food: To make the most of your energy session, please avoid eating for at least three hours beforehand. If you do need to eat before you come please eat something light and avoid that heavy feeling in your tummy.
Clothing: Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows for easy and full movement, so you can fully relax during the experience. Women should avoid dresses or skirts, unless paired with leggings or the equivalent.
Substance Use: For optimal results, please avoid alcohol, smoking and any substances for at least 24 hours prior to and following your session.
An Open Heart: Come without expectation and with an open heart.
Some people like to bring a bottle of water to keep hydrated, but this is personal preference.
Wear clothes that allow for full maximum movement. Dresses or skirts should be avoided unless wearing leggings or equivalent underneath.
